Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OperatorMesh ("the Service") at operatormesh.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free tier, paid subscribers, and API consumers.

02Service description

OperatorMesh is an AI-powered incident triage and analysis tool that helps DevOps and SRE engineers identify root causes of production incidents, scan deployments for failure risks, generate post-mortems, and produce on-call handoff briefings. The Service uses large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis and recommendations.

03Advisory nature — important limitation

All outputs from OperatorMesh are advisory only. Specifically:

• Root cause identifications are probabilistic, not deterministic
• Confidence scores indicate AI certainty levels, not guaranteed accuracy
• Recommended actions are suggestions, not instructions
• Pre-mortem failure predictions are probabilistic risk assessments
• Post-mortem drafts require human review before use

You are solely responsible for all infrastructure decisions, deployments, incident responses, and any actions taken based on OperatorMesh output. OperatorMesh accepts no liability for system downtime, data loss, or any other consequences arising from reliance on its outputs.

04Account terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted on free tier
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits

05Acceptable use

You may use OperatorMesh for legitimate DevOps and SRE purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or models
• Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to analyse
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written enterprise agreement
• Submit automated or scripted requests beyond normal usage patterns without an API agreement

06Your data

Your raw incident data is processed in memory and never stored. Structured analysis results are stored only if you are signed in. Full details in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

07Payment and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Annual subscriptions include a 2-month discount
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment by emailing founder@operatormesh.com
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Free tier limits may change at any time with reasonable notice

08Service availability

OperatorMesh is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party providers including Anthropic, Netlify, and Supabase. Outages in these services may affect OperatorMesh availability. We do not provide SLA guarantees on free or Starter plans. Enterprise SLA terms are available on request.

09Intellectual property

The OperatorMesh platform, including its code, design, prompts, and brand, is owned by Praveen B Ballari. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. Analysis outputs generated for your incidents are yours to use freely.

10Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing founder@operatormesh.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperatorMesh and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to system downtime, data loss, revenue loss, or security incidents resulting from infrastructure decisions made based on OperatorMesh output.

12Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
